HEARTCREATORS will no longer automatically be giving free "web space" to new members. A new member must be with HEARTCREATORS for at least 6 months, be moderately active and in good standing. In order to maintain this "free" web space the member must remain a member of HEARTCREATORS and be moderately active in HEARTCREATORS. HEARTCREATORS "free" web space is not really free. It is provided free of charge to Active HEARTCREATORS Members, but is provided, maintained and paid for by HEARTCREATORS' WingMasters. In the past, former Members have abused this privilege, therefore, we feel it must be earned through member participation. HEARTCREATORS Web Space If you have been an ACTIVE Member of HEARTCREATORS for 6 months or more, submit your URL (website address) with a VALID Email address to one of our WingMasters. We will IGNORE Websites which are commercial in nature, webrings, member's only sites, foreign language sites, and blogs. MEMBERS WEB RULES & REGULATIONS These Rules and Regulations are strictly enforced, and pertain to all Members, regardless of where your site is hosted. Members NOT adhering to these Rules and Regulations will be DELETED without prior notification and banned from membership.
*** NO hate, spam, wiccan, pagan, witchcraft or Anti-American sentiments of any kind permitted on HEARTCREATORS hosted sites,or ANY Member sites. *** HEARTCREATOR Web space may NOT be used as storage for a site hosted elsewhere on the web. ***Absolutely NO Midis, Wav, MP3 or Program file offerings which are NOT authored by you. *** NO other Web Rings are permitted to be hosted on HEARTCREATORS space. *** Absolutely NO Copyrighted Material without proof of permission of the original Artist/Designer. *** NO "Member's Only" sites allowed, you must be willing to share freely. *** You must remain an active member of HEARTCREATORS, as long as your site is hosted by HEARTCREATORS. *** You must keep a working HEARTCREATORS Logo on your site (pertains to all Members of HEARTCREATORS Web Ring. *** You must have a VALID & non-bouncing E-Mail Address (if you change your email address, notify one of the WingMasters as soon as possible.) *** We REQUEST all Members join HEARTCREATORS E-Group to receive Special Notices at the very least. *** We REQUEST all Members join HEARTCREATORS Newsletter (published 4 times a year).
