Cherries In Snow

   From Ladybee—9-15-04

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 lg. Angel Food Cake
1 - 8oz cream cheese (I prefer to use 2)
16 oz. cool whip
1 can cherry pie filling

Preparation:

Cream together, sugar and cream cheese. Blend in milk and cool whip. Slice
cake into thin slices and place half of the slices in a 9X13 pan. Spread
half the cheese mixture over slices. Repeat layers with remaining cake
slices and cheese mixture. Spread cherry pie filling on top. Refrigerate
overnight.
