Zucchini Cream Cheese Bread

Filling:

8 oz cream cheese

1/3 cup sugar

1 tbsp flour

1 egg

1 tsp grated orange peel

*Set aside*

3 eggs 2 cups zucchini

1 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp soda

1 cup oil 1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup chopped nuts 1 tsp salt

3 to 31/2 cups flour

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in order given. Pour 2/3 batter into greased and floured pan.

Makes 4 small loaves. Pour filling mixture on top of batter. This is then topped with remaining zucchini batter.

Bake 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes..

Check to see if it’s done.
