Scratchy Paint Tutorial in PSP 8

I loved this photo of the blue door that I also got from Tel's Interesting Trekking Scenes On this one, the threshold setting was at 119

This is Em's second try at doing this tute but this time she used different settings....as I pointed out earlier in the tute, it really depends on the photo that you chose as to what setting you need to apply on the threshold layer. This one is a slightly larger size at 50kbs but still optimized a fair bit....thanks for adding this info, Em.
