Budget Meeting

Meeting opened at 6:30 PM with Max Lines, Betty Gipe, Raul Pinon, and Sharon Jessup present. Also present were Sally and David Greene.

Copies of the budget were given to everyone. Much discussion took place over General Fund. Sharon reported that we had to cut General fund budget by 8-9,000.00. It was noted that 3,600.00 was reported to use as hydrant rent. Hydrant account is of it’s own, therefore, we can decease the reduction amount by such. All the general fund figures were gone through and we could not find any place that could be cut more. The board members are to take the budgets home and go over them and try to find an answer. Sharon stated that the other possibility was to cut the 2010 budget.

With no other business, meeting adjourned.
