Board Meeting

Prairie Township Building

Meeting opened at 6:30PM. Those present were Raul Pinon, Jr., Betty Gipe, Max Lines, and Sharon Jessup. Also present were Sally and David Greene, Kenny Stockton, Dewey Hillman, George Savage, Bobby Huffman. Mike Burch.

Kenny reported we are getting a new heater in the water building. Complaints of chlorine in water

Bobby Huffman Was present to request an adjustment due to leak in her water line.. She presented her repair bills. She lives at 103 Church St. Betty motioned we give her the adjustment, seconded by Raul. Motion passed.

Betty requested that Jeremy Brisko get a water adjustment. Much discussion took place. Betty made a motion that we adjust his bill, seconded by Raul. This adjustment is due to Mr. Brisko replacing the whole line causing this leak. No further adjustment will be given on this property for at least a 12 month period.

A new contact was presented from Tom Bell (CTC).
