Meeting opened at 6:30pm. Those present were Raul Pinon, Max Lines, and Sharon Jessup. Betty was absent due to being in Alabama. Also present were Sally and David Greene, Doug Karst, Dewey Hillman, George Savage, and Kenny Stockton.

Many complaints were received from customers due to meters being read for 2 month. All adjustment were made as far as we know.

Kenny will cut the cemetery tree down for $ 250.00 which includes hauling debris away.

Doug Karst, Utility Supply. Presented a new system for reading meters. This system will read meters in freezing weather so there would be no estimated readings. Meters are read from readers vehicle.

Georgette Miles had a leak and it was repaired. She sent in the repair bill and requested an adjustment.

Tabled until next month so we can see an actual usage.

With no other business, register of vouchers signed, and meeting adjourned.
