Prairie Township Building

Meeting opened at 6:30PM with Raul Pinon, Max Lines, Sharon Jessup, Roger Zkottlowski, Bill Utt, Connie Kowaski, and Kenny Stockton present. Betty Gipe was absent due to being in Florida.

Minutes read and corrections made to the attendance of Betty Gipe. Also needing to acknowledge the fact that the customer wanting a refund on the grave lot had only paid the amount in which she paid down in the amount of $100.00.

Kenny reported that Mr. Greenwall will have his lines repaired next week. Kenny reported that Pat

Flynn has a leak and will probably be in at the next meeting.

Beggers night on tOctober 30^th from 5-8

Sharon is to check on contract to see if they need renewing.

Roger - we need an easement at Mt Summit Christian Church - approx 6 houses will be involved. Shannon will have to send legal documents to each person. Prairie Rd to the End of town limits. The Church will be Allen Griggs and Mt Summit Church. 3

The accounts receivables were gone through and it was found that some customers either need to be shut off or they need a contract to pay the bill.

With no other business, register of vouchers signed, and meeting adjourned.
