Town Meeting

Meeting opened at 6:30 PM with Max Lines, Horace Pinon, Jr., and Sharon Jessup. David and Sally Greene, George Savage, Pat Rigney,

Shannon McLeod, John Greenwell, Mike Burch. Betty Gipe was not present.

The minutes from the July meeting and the budget meeting were read. No August minutes were read due to the meeting being canceled. Minutes approved as read. John Greenwell requesting an adjustment of his bill due to a faucet leak. Raul made a motion to adjust bill to average useage, Max approved the motion.

Mike Burch, wants a contract. Sharon will copy last years as the budget figure is the same as last year of 4,200.00

Shannon McLeod, PRIORTY PROJECTS, explained that there was a miscommunication in the grant process. The board signed the final papers for the grant. Shannon gave Sharon copies of the drug free ordinance and fair housing ordinance. Sharon is to call Roger Kottlowski 317-888-1177 and find out if an easement is needed for the storm water project.

Selling of grave lots and refunds - Sharon reported a customer wanting a refund on a grave site in which she purchased approximately 4 years ago and was suppose to be making payments on it of which she has not done. The only payment received was the down payment of $100.00. No refund was given to her as we have already paid John Dillman for selling the lot and the gave site has been maintained.

Sharon reported opening a Christmas Donation fund in the town books. Individual residents have been donating for new Christmas decorations for the poles.

With no other business, register of vouchers signed and meeting adjourned.
