Town Meeting

Meeting opened at 6:00 PM with Jeff Dillman, Max Lines, Raul Pinon Jr., and Sharon Jessup present. Also present were: Sally Greene, Marsha Dillman, George Savage, Perry Bennett, Brian Dellinger, Dewey Hillman, Kenny Stockton, Scott Cronk, Gayle Soliday, and JC Messer.

Minutes were read and approved as read.

Sharon notified the board that the mileage for 2010 would drop to .55 per mile as did the Federal rate.

Discussion of hydrant fees took place. It was felt that some were being charged unfairly. After much discussion it was agreed to leaving it as stated previously and see how things work out.

W-4’s were given to each board member to sign.

Kenny Stockton reported pipes being frozen during the month but are working fine now.

Max requested that the meeting start at 6:30PM due to his job. The board agreed to have the meetings start at 6:30PM.

Jeff Dillman announced that he would be leaving at the end of February; therefore, resigning from the board.

With no other business, register of vouchers signed, and meeting adjourned.
