RESOLUTION 08.12.04-03

A RESOLUTION OF COPY AND FAX FEES

Be it resolved, by the Town Board of Mt. Summit, hereby sets the Copy and Fax Fees for the Town of Mt. Summit.

1.  Copy Fees shall be made at the cost of .25 (twenty five cents) for each page.

2.  Fax Fees shall be made at the cost of $3.00 for the first page and $1.50 for the second page.

3, These fees shall be deposited into the General Fund.

This resolution is hereby adopted by the Town of Mt. Summit, Indiana

Passed by the Board of the Town of Mt. Summit, Indiana on this 12^th day of August, 2004.
