RESOLUTION NUMBER 07.12.11

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MOUNT SUMMIT,

that the Town of Mount Summit, Indiana hereby establishes a Town Election Board

to conduct the 2011 municipal election. The Mt. Summit Town Council further directs

the Town Clerk-Treasurer to file this Resolution with the Henry County Circuit Clerk

not later than noon on August 21, 2011. Further, the Mt. Summit Town Council acknowledges

that this Resolution expires on December 31, 2011.

Passed and adopted by the Mt. Summit Town Council on the 12th day of July, 2011.
