Making a tile frame
You will need a tile image and PSP
I am using the above tile for this frame.
Open a 296 x 296 transparent square. After you learn, you can
always go bigger.
Open up a tile image, Go to edit and copy.
Clear that image by closing it
Now hit Edit and go to paste. Paste as a new layer
Now using the mover, move the tile to the upper left corner
Now hit Edit and go to paste again. Paste as a new layer.
Move that tile to the upper right, aligning it up to match.
Keep doing this until you have 4 tiles done
When you are done, merge all VISIBLE LAYERS
Go to the rectangle icon and make a center.
Go to image and cut
Go to selections and select none
You can add one of your favorite little tubes if you like
Save in gif format or psf
