Animating the two Images
Go to file then to Jasc Software Products, then Launch Animation Shop.
Go to File, then Animation Wizard.
Hit Next
Hit Next
Hit Next
Hit next
Add both files in which you saved. (It is easier if you save them to either a desktop file or straight to desktop)
After you have added both files, then hit next then hit finish
You will then see an image similar to this one
Go to View then Animation and you can see how it is going to look.
Now to save it, hit File, save as and give it a file name.
You should end up with an image similar to the one below
Be sure to practice this method as it will prepare you for the actual glitter tile method to come. This will give you the basics of how to actually glitter things. This glitter would show up much better on a different color background but I do this in white so that you may be able to print it out and follow it when you are offline.
