1. You open a transparent window , size is your choice.
2. Choose your color, font and size.
3. place your font into your transparent window.
4. click on "file" , scroll down to "export" got to "gif Optimizer"
5. Click on the tab "partial transparency" and use the settings that are marked
in the screen shot.
6. Then click on "Use Wizard"
7. follow the screen shot instructions.
8. then click "next", then choose your background color again.
9. Hit "next" again,"better image quality".
10.then click "next again" and use "Web safe colors only",
Click "next" again.
11. Click "finish" and then save your image as a "gif".
